The Campus Edge, LLC is a local property management company that specializes in off-campus student housing around Ball State University in Muncie, Indiana. The company was founded in 2011 by Dan Kreitl as part of his capstone business plan project to graduate from Ball State's nationally ranked Entrepreneurship Program. The company has grown from a single BSU rental house that Dan lived in while renting to friends, to its current size of hundreds of beds around campus. Offering a new level of innovative property management services to meet the specific needs of 21st century college students is a key to the success of The Campus Edge. The portfolio of properties range from 1-3 bedroom apartments, and 1-7 bedroom houses, most of which are within walking distance of Ball State University.
