This company is the best rental company around Ball State's campus. They are always on top of their maintenance requests. I have always felt like they put their tenants as a priority. Yard is always well maintained. Also very good pricing. 10/10 recommend staying in a house through this company. |
I have never reviewed a landlord before but I have to say - the Campus Edge folks are the best! We love our apartment, but especially appreciate the people that make up the team. Dan, Jason, Joann - everyone is always friendly, helpful, quick to respond, and very considerate of us as people, not just a rent check. It's been a refreshing experience and we have no hesitation in recommending them after a year+ of living here! |
